Position: Teaching Assistant
Key Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in planning and implementing classroom activities and lessons.

Support students individually and in small groups to enhance their learning and participation.

Help create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.

Assist in preparing teaching materials, classroom resources, and learning aids.

Supervise students during classroom activities, breaks, and school events when required.

Support students with varying learning abilities and needs under teacher guidance.

Help maintain classroom organization, attendance records, and student documentation.

Encourage student engagement and promote positive behavior management practices.

Work collaboratively with teachers and school staff to support students’ academic and personal development.

Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and other educational activities as required.
